You hereby acknowledge that Music Rhapsody is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the Internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.
Terms and Modifications to Privacy Statement
The Site is not directed to children, and Music Rhapsody does not knowingly solicit information from any child under the age of 18. Should a child whom we know to be under 18 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or a parent or guardian) to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information.
Return Policy and Refunds
We are confident you’ll be satisfied with your purchases, but contact us if for any reason you are not: we welcome your feedback and are dedicated to your complete music-making satisfaction.
All returns will be accepted within 30 days from ship date. DVDs and CDs can only be returned if in original packaging and the seal/label has not been broken. Defective CDs and DVDs are an exception to this rule.
